Everything was perfect! Amazon Hotel has online check-in prior to arrival so it takes only 1 minute to get your room keys on arrival! Quick replies on additional requests by e-mail! Friendly English speaking staff at the reception desk and at the breakfast floor as well! Reception was very kind and helpful solving my additional personal issues! Breakfast included a wide variety of fresh greek food and also international choices! Staff was constantly paying attention to rearraging the tables for new breakfast guests and refilling all food items! The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, linen and towels were fresh and not overused! The room also had a refrigerator and a safe! Location is perfect if one is planning to stay in the vicinity but also a very short walking distance to Syntagma and Monastiraki squares! Every photo on their sites are just like in real! No disappointing surprises ...! As cabin crew I have been to many cities and hotels all around the world ... And I am very picky about hotel accomodations! I was here in private with my wife to celebrate her birthday in Athens so it was extra important to find a fine hotel accomodation! I would highly recommend Hotel Amazon to everyone who wishes to choose a comfortable stay at the city center of Athens!

Highly Recommended hotel! I had been living in Athens for 5 years, and initially I was reluctant to book in this area. Despite that it is excellent location, especially for tourists near to shop, Acropolis, Monastiraki, Syntagma, I was afraid that the area and the hotel would be very busy and noisy. On the contrary, it was fine, no problem at all with noise. The hotel is small but very clean and tidy, the girls in the reception were very helpful and they accommodated even a request that I had, despite that 95% of other hotels wouldn't! Breakfast was excellent and in reasonable times, good WiFi and TV! And in a very good price! I rarely give 10 in my reviews because there is always room for improvement however this time I will do! So to sum up: Excellent location, clean, tidy, good price, very friendly staff ready to help, good WiFi.

The room was a double room, big space, very clean, very nice design and furniture, modern, with a kettle for coffee making, tea and Nescafé bags, 2 complementary water bottles, very nice toiletries materials. The toilet is very clean, nice, and has big space. The hotel also offers a good breakfast. The location of the hotel is perfect, between Syntagma square and Monastiraki square where all shops and restaurants are located. Also the Syntagma station which is the main station of Athens is very close, thus the traveler can use easily the bus or metro between the airport and Syntagma station when arriving to Athens and leaving back to the airport, also it facilitates the transport by metro inside Athens. Finally the hotel has very good value for money.

It's a few steps from the main shopping street (Ermou) and is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The service at the hotel was Super! 5⭐!! The buffet breakfast was delicious and they're able to accommodate any food allergies (let them know in advance). The room was clean, big and very comfortable. The hotel staff was always polite and eager to provide an excellent service. I highly recommend the Amazon Hotel and I'll definitely be returning again!
